First Precinct detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying individual involved in a robbery on North 35th Street

Richmond, VA – According to the police officials, this incident occurred around 4:58 p.m. Saturday afternoon. 

Richmond Police Department officials said the unknown male contacted the victim on a social media website about a phone she was selling.

The suspect provided a meet up location in the 1600 block of North 35th Street to buy the phone.

When she arrived at the location, the suspect produced a black semi-automatic handgun and robbed her of the phone.

The suspect is described as a black male with a thin build, approximately 5’9” tall, wearing a gray Duck Dynasty hoodie, dark jeans and white Jordan sneakers with green accents.
