The Richmond Police Department asks for help locating vehicle involved in hit-and-run on East Main Street

Richmond, VA – Police officials said this unfortunate incident occurred right before 6 p.m. Saturday evening.

It happened in the 2100 block of East Main Street

Richmond Police Department officers responded to a report of a hit and run.

The responding officers located two adult female victims down on the sidewalk.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life threatening.

Investigators are seeking information on the vehicle, last seen traveling eastbound on East Main Street.

The white four-door Ford Fusion could have damage to the driver-side mirror of the vehicle. Detectives have obtained photos of the striking vehicle.
