There will be some restrictions for usage and possession of fireworks for the 4th of July.
Fireworks will be only allowed from 8 a.m. till 11:59 p.m. on July 4th in West Fargo, since the usage and possession of fireworks is prohibited at any other time of the year. Fireworks can’t be launched on school, city, county, park or federally owned property.
Possession and use of fireworks in not allowed in Fargo even for the holidays, but there are exceptions that enable public shows to go on. More information can be found here.
