“Pizza with the Popo” started by BSC to foster a sense of community on campus

Bismarck, North Dakota – By spending time with campus police officers yesterday, BSC students were given free pizza.

In order to foster a sense of community and ensure that pupils feel at ease with the officers, the Pizza with the Popo program was established.

The Adopt a Cop program’s most crucial component is genuinely developing a relationship with our students. In this manner, they will be able to trust us and feel at ease in our presence during interactions with them at less-than-ideal or pleasant times, according to campus police chief Matthew Giddings.

He claims that in addition to starting additional events on campus to engage with the students, they will deliver pizza to every dorm during the year.
