Rapid increase in gas prices

Fargo, North Dakota – As of Monday, the national average price of gas has increased by 16 cents in the previous week to $3.76.

Although costs are cheaper in the eastern portion of the state, the average price in North Dakota is $3.63.

The average price in Minnesota is $3.65, up 20 cents in the past week.

According to energy experts, the nationwide extreme heat and summer travel have increased energy demand.

Wall Street has enjoyed a good month, meanwhile. Over 1,000 points have been added to the DJIA during that time.

Additionally, more Americans are feeling more optimistic about the economy.

According to a consumer poll by the University of Michigan, consumer sentiment increased by 11% in July, reaching its highest level since October 2021.
