Bicyclist hospitalized after being struck by vehicle

West Fargo, North Dakota – A teenager sustained serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle while riding their bicycle.

Law enforcement were dispatched at the intersection of 36th Avenue East and Veterans Boulevard around 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday to a report of crash.

The teenager received first aid at the scene and was later taken to a hospital.

No information has been released regarding the condition of the teenager.

While first responders were on the site, traffic in the area was diverted for 30 minutes.

At the time of the collision, the driver was following all traffic regulations and no citations were issued.
