More than 25% of North Dakotans fully vaccinated against COVID-19

BISMARCK — Following are the North Dakota Department of Health COVID-19 case rates, deaths, hospitalizations and vaccinations as of Monday, March 29. Because all data is preliminary, some numbers and totals may change from one day to the next.

Statewide case rates

  • NEW CASES: 56
  • TOTAL ACTIVE CASES: 921
  • TOTAL CASES: 102,639
  • TOTAL RECOVERED: 100,252
  • DAILY TEST POSITIVITY RATE: 6.05%

North Dakota’s active case count decreased by 60 on Monday. Cass County reported 25 positive cases, while Burleigh County reported six additional positive cases.

Hospitalizations, deaths

  • ACTIVE HOSPITALIZATIONS: 18
  • DEATHS, NEWLY REPORTED:
  • TOTAL DEATHS: 1,466

Vaccinations

  • FIRST DOSE ADMINISTERED: 227,599 (39.1% of population)
  • COMPLETED SERIES (Two doses): 147,094 (25.3% of population)
