(Bismarck, ND) — Cases are up, but COVID-19 positivity rate remains at a lower level in North Dakota Friday.
The state department of health reporting an additional 125 cases of the virus over the past 24 hours, including 38 in Cass County alone.
One new death was reported, a man in his 90s from Morton County.
The daily positivity rate is sitting at 2.20%, which is nearly identical to Thursday.
Active cases of the virus has jumped however by 30 over the past day to 671.
Current North Dakota hospitalizations also remained at 17 Friday.
173,387 North Dakotans have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine, while over 289,993 total shots have been administered in the state so far.
