New Sheetz Coming to Henrico County, VA

Henrico County, VA – A new Sheetz convenience store and gas station is set to open in Henrico County, bringing 24/7 service to both locals and travelers. The site, located at 9927 Mayland Drive, was previously home to an O’Charley’s restaurant, which has since closed.

On Thursday, March 6, S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., the real estate and development company handling the property, announced that Sheetz had leased just over 2 acres of land for the new location. While the company did not specify an exact opening date, it is expected that the Sheetz will begin operations this summer.

The new facility will offer a variety of convenience store items, fuel, and other services typically found at Sheetz locations, catering to the busy I-64 corridor. The store is anticipated to serve not only the surrounding Henrico County community but also passing travelers, providing a convenient stop for gas, snacks, and more.

Sheetz, known for its wide selection of made-to-order food and fuel services, has steadily expanded its presence in Virginia, and this new location marks another step in the company’s growth within the region.

As the opening date draws nearer, residents and commuters can look forward to the convenience and extended hours Sheetz is known for.
