Richmond Man Found Shot Dead in Northside Yard

RICHMOND, Va. — A 22-year-old Richmond man was found dead from a gunshot wound early Tuesday morning in the city’s Northside.

At approximately 2 a.m. on February 4, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to a call about a shooting in the 1300 block of Coalter Street. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the body of Nathaniel Mangram, 22, of Richmond, in the front yard of a building. He had sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
