Warrant issued for man involved in shooting at Grand Forks hotel

Grand Forks, North Dakota – Police issued a warrant for a man connected to a Grand Forks hotel shooting.

Christopher Jordan Lane, 24, has been charged with motor vehicle theft, reckless endangerment and attempted murder in Grand Fork County Court.

Police responded to a report of a person shot at the Quality Inn at 3251 30th Ave. S. They found one person shot in the torso. Paramedics took the victim to Altru.

Police say there is no danger to the public as the persons involved in the shooting knew each other.
