Fargo, North Dakota – A 37-year-old registered sex offender is residing at 734 College Street North in Fargo.
The Fargo Police Department notified the community that the registered sex offender, Raymond Terrance Reid, was convicted on August 5th, 2020, for Possession of Material-Sex Conduct by Minor.
North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined Reid as a high-risk offender.
