According to the state lottery office, the winner of the Wednesday night drawing traveled a considerable distance to Bismarck to receive the prize. Stillwater, Minnesota, is the winner. A quick pick ticket paid out big for the person who wanted to stay anonymous. The winner said the money won’t be spent right away.
On the Highway 210 Bypass, the ticket was purchased at the Cenex convenience shop.
