Two Minot businesses see unexpected closure

Minot, North Dakota – Unexpected closures have occurred at two locally owned eateries in Minot.

The same person is the owner of both Elevation and High Third, which both shuttered this month. Elevation is now closed, and club management is looking for a long-term solution for the 2023 golf season, according to an email sent to members by the Minot Country Club on November 4th.

Two weeks later, High Third posted a sign on their door announcing that the restaurant is closed without giving any other details. Residents in the neighborhood have been unable to contact management to ask questions regarding their gift cards and activities planned for both establishments.

Many locals were shocked to learn about the closures.

“I was really surprised, I found out about it a few days ago. and I was really shocked because I thought they had a good business clientele down here,” said Diane Sjol and Cindi Finley-Mintie, who live in Minot.
