Fargo, North Dakota – On Tuesday night’s collegiate episode of Wheel of Fortune, Minnesota State University Moorhead student David Avelsgard participated.
After solving a few different problems, the broadcast journalism major was awarded more than $14,000 in cash and incentives, including a trip to Mexico.
“Ever since I can remember, like when I was a toddler, my parents sat me in front of the TV and I started watching Wheel,” Avelsgard said. “It’s just been something we’ve always bonded over.”
Avelsgard will be a junior at MSUM and is from Sebeka, Minnesota.
