Spectators will not be allowed at sporting events for Fargo and West Fargo Public Schools

Fargo Public Schools and West Fargo Public Schools announced on Thursday that fans will not be allowed at sporting events moving forward. The temporary change begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 16.

Only members of the team and essential personnel will be allowed to attend.

The press release stated this comes following new recommendations by North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum to reduce gathering sizes to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Spectators can still watch events at the FPS Student Activities page or the WPFS YouTube channel.
