Special Operations Division Captain Manns participated in the Professional Executive Leadership School, an intensive three-week leadership education program designed for individuals who currently serve in executive and upper-level positions within their organizations

Richmond, VA – Per reports, the Richmond Police Department released the following statement:

“Recently, Special Operations Division Captain K. Manns participated in the Professional Executive Leadership School, an intensive three-week leadership education program designed for individuals who currently serve in executive and upper-level positions within their organizations.

The program is a partnership between University of Richmond School of Professional & Continuing Studies and the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police.

But it gets better! Captain Manns was honored for winning the PELS Graduate Leadership Award.

The purpose of this award is to recognize one member of each PELS class who has demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities throughout the PELS program. Congratulations, Captain Manns!”
