Snow plowing to continue Monday due to extremely low temperatures

West Fargo, North Dakota – Due to the extremely low temperatures, West Fargo municipal snow plows will not be clearing maintenance zones over the weekend.

Beginning Monday, the Public Works Department will continue to plow West Fargo streets in accordance with the maintenance zone plan. This will cover any zones that may have been overlooked owing to the winter weather that has been prevailing this week.

In accordance with the maintenance zone schedule, the City of West Fargo is divided into five distinct zones, each of which is assigned a certain day of the week on which maintenance will be conducted.

On maintenance days, no on-street parking is permitted in the zone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Those who leave their vehicles parked on the street will either be towed or ticketed by the West Fargo Police Department.
