Richmond, VA – According to the statement, the Richmond Department of Emergency Communications, Henrico County Police and other agencies enjoyed interacting with the public, handing out candy canes and kicking off the festive season!
Chief Rick Edwards, command staff and RPD specialized units also participated in the parade..
Richmond Police Department officials released the following statement:
“The Richmond PAL had a spirited showing – Deputy Chief Collier apparently tried to audition to be a Shriners’ performer – and there was a curious run-in with a green suspect in a Santa suit. But all ended happily at the 2023 Dominion Energy Christmas Parade!”
