Richmond Man Shot and Killed Overnight on Coalter Street

Richmond, Va. — A 22-year-old man was shot and killed early Tuesday morning in Richmond, marking the latest act of violence in the city.

Officers responded to the scene in the 1300 block of Coalter Street around 2 a.m., where they found the victim, later identified as Nathaniel Mangram, unresponsive. Despite the efforts of first responders, Mangram was pronounced dead at the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and investigators are actively working to piece together the events leading up to the tragic incident. Richmond police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
