Richmond Man Killed in Stabbing at Local Restaurant

RICHMOND, Va. — A fatal stabbing at Lemon Cuisine of India has left a man dead and police searching for more information.

The victim, identified as 42-year-old Kyron Fowlkes from South Hill, Virginia, was found in the kitchen of the restaurant on West Broad Street Thursday night. Officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the scene just before midnight on February 6, following a report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival, police discovered Fowlkes unresponsive with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to investigators, the altercation began as an argument among customers in the restaurant and quickly escalated into violence.
