Richmond, VA – Richmond Police Department officials continue their efforts to decrease motor vehicle thefts within the city of Richmond.
This will be a fast and efficient way for Richmond City residents to receive a free steering wheel lock.
Officers will be on-site giving away steering wheel locks to Richmond residents who own Hyundai and Kia vehicles.
While supplies last.
Simply drive up to the parking area, present proof of residency and proof of ownership of a Hyundai or Kia, receive a free steering wheel lock, and drive away!
