One of the worst states for working from home is North Dakota

Fargo, North Dakota – Apparently, one of the worst states in the US for working from home is North Dakota.

The Peace Garden State is ranked as the second-worst state in the nation for working remotely by the personal finance website WalletHub.

The analysis was based on 12 key variables, such as the percentage of employees that work from home, Internet prices, and concerns about cyber security. This is true even though North Dakota had the lowest residential power retail price, at 9.62 cents per kWh, 4.7 times cheaper than Hawaii, which had the highest price at 44.78 cents per kWh.

North Dakota placed lower on the list than only Alaska. Delaware is the ideal state for remote workers, according to WalletHub.

According to a personal finance website, 12.7% of full-time workers now work solely from home, with another 28.2% having some kind of hybrid schedule.
