North Dakota Employers Struggling To Fill Jobs

Job Service North Dakota says many employers across the state are struggling to fill positions.  Many business owners speculate that a bump in federal aid to those receiving unemployment benefits is slowing the hiring process.  Employers also say the no-show rate for interviews is high. Staffing shortages are leading many establishments to reduce operating hours and cancel big events, costing businesses income.
