Mandan, North Dakota – A Mandan man entered a guilty plea to charges of narcotics possession and gun possession yesterday; he now faces a four-year jail sentence.

When police stopped Daniel Kinsella, 33, for a traffic check in September, according to the authorities, he was driving.

Two stolen weapons, a small quantity of marijuana, and 84 grams of methamphetamine were discovered in the car by a K-9 officer.

At first, Kinsella claimed to the authorities he had only rented the car, but he eventually acknowledged that the guns and drugs belonged to him.
