Man Shot in Carytown Area of Richmond; Police Investigating

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the city’s Carytown neighborhood late Saturday night. The incident took place around 11:45 p.m. on February 8, 2025, in the 3300 block of West Cary Street.

Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services quickly transported the victim to a local hospital, where his injuries were reported to be life-threatening.
