Man accused of sexual assault pleaded not guilty

Fargo, North Dakota – A Fargo resident, Shelton Lee Moseby IV, will spend 51 months in jail following a charge of Interfere with Commerce by Threats and Violence – Hobbs Act Robbery, according to Acting United States Attorney Nicholas Chase.

The 21-year-old was also sentenced to three years of supervised release and $100 in special assessment costs by Judge Welte.
