Bismarck, North Dakota – A man from Michigan is sentenced to three years in prison on drug charges only two months after he got out of jail.

Jamill Passmore, 30, pled guilty to narcotics distribution and conspiracy counts.

Passmore and two other guys were also arrested in January after police discovered more than 600 illegal substances and $12,500 cash in their Bismarck apartment. They were all on parole after serving time for serious crimes in Michigan.

The other men’s cases have been sent to federal court.
