RICHMOND, Va. — Motorists traveling through the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Pepper Avenue should anticipate lane closures starting Monday, May 26, as the City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works (DPW) oversees essential infrastructure upgrades.
The lane closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, continuing through Thursday, May 29. A contractor working on behalf of the city will be installing new electric equipment at the intersection, necessitating temporary restrictions on travel lanes during these hours.
