Bismarck, North Dakota – You might expect a longer journey on some of the Bismarck Expressway to and from work.
On Thursday and Friday, the city’s streets department will restrict the outside eastbound lane of the roadway from 22nd Street to 26th Street in order to cut down trees along the boulevard.
Thursday at 8:30 a.m. through Friday at 3:30 p.m.: the lane closure.
There may be congestion during peak traffic hours, and traffic speeds will be lowered to 25 m.p.h. while construction is underway.
There won’t be a detour offered.
