Isaak Quadruple Murder Trial Delayed Until August

Bismarck, ND  –  The Chad Isaak quadruple murder case is being delayed until August.

The judge in the case denied a request yesterday by the remaining defense attorneys to withdraw from the case, but the defense team was granted extra time to prepare.

Vogel Law Firm attorneys requested Monday to be removed from the case, citing a lack of financial resources and preparation and a conflict of interest as witnesses in a disciplinary action Isaak filed against the former lead defense attorney.

Isaak is accused of killing RJR Maintenance and Management co-owner 52-year-old Robert Fakler, and employees 42-year-old Adam Fuehrer, 50-year-old William Cobb and 45-year-old Lois Cobb.  The trial is now set to begin August 2nd.
