Federal facility downtown has received a bomb threat

Fargo, North Dakota – Authorities responded quickly to a bomb threat that was called in at a federal building in downtown Fargo.

The threat was reported to the federal building in the 600 block of 2nd Ave. N. around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 28.

Authorities were on the site for roughly 20 minutes, according to dispatch data.

Officials from the city of Fargo confirm that police and the FBI were present for a while.

The primary agency conducting the probe is the FBI, which has not provided any additional details.
