Fargo Police Warn of Homeless Registered Sex Offender

(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Aaron Paul Bever, registered as homeless in Fargo.

Bever was convicted on May 13th, 2003 in Dunn County District Court Wisconsin on two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault. Court Documents show that Bever sexually assaulted a 6-year old girl in an old van on his parents’ property approximately 450 times, including making her perform oral sex on him 3 times.

The 35-year-old was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee, and is a lifetime registrant.
