FARGO – Police are looking for a sex offender who is considered non-compliant with registration requirements.
44-year-old Timothy Olpin was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Mandan in 2000 when he was 23. He met the victim while recruiting the girl for a street gang.
As a juvenile, he molested a five-year-old boy in a church in Maryland.A warrant has been issued for Olpin’s arrest.
