Fargo, North Dakota – After crashing a stolen car on I-29, a Fargo man has been charged with DUI.

The accident occurred at the Main Avenue exit in Fargo on Tuesday around 10 p.m.

The driver, Brandon Booth was speeding and suddenly veered toward the Main Avenue exit, lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a concrete support beam while headed north on I-29.

Booth suffered serious injuries and was transported to Sanford Hospital for treatment.

He will be charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under influence.
