Fargo, North Dakota – One lane in each direction on 17th Ave S will be available for traffic between 38th St. S. and 42nd St. S. starting today.
Drivers are asked to search for alternate routes in order to avoid congestion.
Along 17th Ave. S., the road is closed for private subsurface utility construction.
The work is scheduled to be finished in 10 days.
