Countless individuals across a number of counties in the western region of North Dakota without power

Bismarck, North Dakota – As of Sunday at 2:15 p.m., more than 800 customers in Morton, Mountrail, and Williams County are without power.

Transmission problems, as shown on a map provided by Montana-Dakota Utilities, resulted in the loss of power throughout the entire town of New Salem and Judson.

There is no estimate for when the service will resume.
