Chesterfield County, Va. – A 57-year-old Chesterfield woman was killed in a single-car crash on Kingsland Road on Monday, March 3. The incident occurred at approximately 5:50 p.m. in the 4700 block of Kingsland Road.
According to the Chesterfield County Police Department, the driver of a 2007 Saturn sedan was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed when she lost control of the vehicle and collided with a utility pole. The driver, identified as Nicole M. Long, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
