Chesterfield Police Investigate Home Invasion and Robbery on Christmas Eve

Richmond, VA — The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a home invasion and robbery that took place on Christmas Eve in the 7600 block of Ratling Drive. The incident occurred on the evening of Tuesday, December 24, when two male suspects forcibly entered the residence, armed and demanding money.

According to police, the suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money along with other personal belongings from the victims before fleeing the scene. Several individuals inside the home were injured during the robbery, with one victim requiring hospitalization for treatment.

Authorities describe the suspects as Black males, both wearing all-black clothing, gloves, and masks at the time of the incident.

The police department has not yet released further details about the victims or the specific items taken during the robbery. The investigation remains ongoing, with officers working to identify and locate the suspects involved.
