Fargo, North Dakota – A broken water main in north Fargo caused water to spill out onto the street.

On Tuesday, October 24, at approximately 4:30 in the AM, the dispatch was received for the intersection of 10th Street North and 29th Avenue North.

According to the report, the caller informed dispatch that water was apparently beginning to pool and come up the side of the road.
