Bismarck welcomes Café Noko

Bismarck, North Dakota – Another restaurant in Bismarck is situated in a convenient area for people who are on the run or who crave comfort food during difficult times. Recently, Cafe Noko debuted at CHI St. Alexius Health.

Fresh soup, salads, sandwiches, caramel rolls, locally roasted coffee, and other foods are available from the owners. When the cafeteria is closed or customers choose a different option, this is another choice for hospital staff and visitors. The proprietor sought to fill the empty space with deli-style goods because she had previously had a cafe near the airport in Bismarck.

“And I just know there was a need to fill this location and provide some additional options for patrons hospitality staff all of that. We are getting some foot traffic from outside as well,” said co-owner of Cafe Noko Brian Steckler.

The business is open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. from Monday through Friday and from 8:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on the weekends. The east patient access doors are the most direct route to the cafe.
