Bismarck man arrested in connection with two separate break-ins

Bismarck, North Dakota – Following two separate break-ins that occurred in the state capital on Monday evening, a 37-year-old man from Bismarck was taken into custody and charged with burglary, terrorizing, and aggravated assault.

Within a period of 22 minutes, the suspect allegedly broke into two separate homes, one in the 1100 block of West Capitol Avenue and the other in the 1000 block of North 4th Street, according to the Bismarck Police Department.

After the incidents, neither victim sought medical assistance.

At the moment, the investigation is still ongoing.
