An incident took place in south Fargo, a suspect was taken into custody, one person was hurt

Fargo, North Dakota – After a shooting at an apartment building on the south side of Fargo, which resulted in one person being sent to the hospital, the police say they have made an arrest.

Thursday morning, just before 9:00 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1632 33rd Avenue South location after reports of shots being fired. The victim of the shooting was located nearby and sent to the hospital for treatment of injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.

Fargo resident Sorsor Jallah, 35 years old, was recognized as a suspect and located on Thursday afternoon just before 4:00 p.m. on the 3200 block of Main Avenue. He was taken into custody on charges of terrorizing the community, aggravated assault, aggravated reckless endangerment, and two outstanding warrants from the local court.

According to the police, Jallah and the victim knew each other before to the incident.
