Bismarck, North Dakota – According to the most recent weekly data from the North Dakota Department of Health provided on Friday, there are more new COVID-19 cases in North Dakota.
There were 1,102 new cases for the week of November 25 to December 1, an increase of 327 instances from the previous week.
Since the health agency started keeping track of the data in March 2020, a total of 277,366 COVID-19 cases have been reported in North Dakota.
According to the most recent health department data published online, a total of 253 persons had passed away with COVID designated as the primary cause of death since the year 2022 began and until August 31.
In the week of January 14–20, when 15,858 cases were reported, COVID figures reached their peak.
Hospital admissions relating to the COVID-19 case in North Dakota reached 81 for the week, an increase of 14 from the previous week.
During the past week, COVID patients occupied a total of 6, an increase of 5 from the week before.
Inpatient beds used by COVID patients during the week were 67, an increase of 11 from the previous week.

The time period used by the health department to collect its weekly COVID data is from the previous Friday to the present Thursday. The information is then released each week on Fridays.
