Bismarck, North Dakota – According to the most recent weekly data from the North Dakota Department of Health provided on Friday, the number of new COVID-19 cases in North Dakota has decreased from the previous week.
There were a total of 803 new cases for the week of November 11–17, which is 137 fewer than the week before.
In North Dakota, 275,510 COVID-19 cases have been reported overall since the health agency started keeping track of the statistics in March 2020.
According to the most recent health department data published online, a total of 253 persons had passed away with COVID designated as the primary cause of death since the year 2022 began and until August 31.
The week of January 14–20 saw the highest COVID figures yet, with 15,860 cases being reported.
The week saw 60 COVID-19-related hospital admissions in North Dakota, 17 less than the previous week.
During the past week, COVID patients occupied a total of 8, an increase of 2 from the week before.
Inpatient beds used by COVID patients for the week were 59, a decrease of 15 from the previous week.
