139 New Cases, One New Death in North Dakota

(Bismarck, ND) — The number of average cases and deaths due to COVID-19 continue to drop in North Dakota.

The state health department reported an additional 139 positive tests Thursday, 20 of which were in Cass County.

The daily positivity rate has also dropped to 2.08%, which is leaps and bounds better than the near 20% rate back in November of 2020.

There was one new death reported in the last 24 hours, a woman in her 70s from Cass County.

As of Thursday, at least 92,266 North Dakotans have received at least one dose of the Coronavirus vaccine, while 147,486 total shots have been given so far.
