A 10-year-old North Dakota boy is dead after an off-road vehicle crash in the northern valley.
The state highway patrol says the boy was driving a side-by-side 4-wheeler Monday near Mountain, ND, when the vehicle tipped on the driver’s side. Troopers say the child was thrown from the vehicle and died. They say he was not wearing a seat belt or a helmet
